We train
All caregivers meet required annual training goals, all of which are company paid and supported. Proficiency training and refresher training is provided for many subjects.
We Mentor
Your success is our success. Help is available throughout the caregiving process. We have experience in a wide variety of caregiving needs.
Group Support
Twice per month, all caregivers are invited to an open training and group discussion. Changes to support structures, regulatory requirements, and more are communicated timely and routinely.
Meal Planning
Meal selection is critically important for adults and children. The value of nutrition cannot be overstated, but along with planning comes shopping, budgeting, and preparation.
Personal Care
Our caregivers support a broad range of personal care items; housekeeping, cognitive stimulation, shopping, safety supervision, and more.
Medical Supports
Planning, scheduling and communication are critical to medical support activity.
Transportation
Independence often requires important transportation to appointments, shopping, and community events. This can include learning to utilize public transportation or caregiver provided (depending on contract services).
Organization
We can help make the most of your caregiving hours. Online scheduling coupled with online clock in/out via application streamlines the process of accounting for hours and payments. We have dedicated staff to assist in the process. Your paycheck will arrive twice per month without delay.
On Call Supervision
A backup person is always available if required or you need a question answered quickly.
