We support you, as you support others.

Since 2017, our family has supported other family caregivers in the industry. From the start, and well before any mandated requirement, PPfi offers Delta Dental, company supported health care, vision, mental, acupuncture, and chiropractic care through three optional Providence health plans. Every employee receives a company paid life insurance policy. From 2024, Health Savings Accounts are also available.

Health plans cost and Covered in Full services

The company covers $600 per month of health insurance for full time employees after 60 days. Three plans are available for a range of covered services including many no and low-cost standard options.

Providence Health Plan has ‘Covered in Full’ benefits for In-Network virtual and retail health clinic visits. Preventative care benefits ‘In-Network’ include Periodic health exams and well-baby care, routine immunizations and shots, colonoscopy (preventative, age 45+), Gynecological exams (1 per calendar year), breast exams and pap tests, Mammograms, Nutritional Counseling, Tobacco cessation, counseling/classes and deterrent medications, and Diabetes Self-Management Education. Tier-1 prescription drugs are also covered in full (30 days from preferred pharmacy) or (90-day supply from participating retail pharmacy or mail order pharmacy).

In-person office visits to Primary Care Provider are as low as $5 each for first three visits.

Chiropractic Care: assistance with back pain, neck pain, headaches, allergy relief, numbness, tingling, or weakness.

Acupuncture: Arthritis, Migraines, Low back pain, neck pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia.

 

Routine Vision Services are provided by VSP Choice Network.

Dental is provided by Delta Dental Premier Network, which covers a variety of preventative exams, bitewing x-rays, cleanings every six months, sealants, and space maintainers. Other basic and major dental work is covered 50%.

 

 

Fully paid for by the company

Group term life insurance, provided for all PPFI members. Guranteed issue, $20,000. (reductions occur with age, after 65.) Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) covers loss of life, loss of both hands or both feet or one hand and one foot, or loss of sight in both eyes. Coverage also extends to accelerated death, coverage during disability, and conversion of terminated coverage.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Professional assistance is available free of charge, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to ALL employees and their dependents regardless of enrollment in medical benefits. Get help with personal and work pressures, relationship conflicts, career changes, stress, parenting, alcohol and drug problems, life crises related to death, divorce, illness, and other major events.

Retirement Programs

PPFI LLC 401(k) Plan 290068 provides automatic enrollment for all employees. You control your contributions through ADP Mobile Solutions App, http://my.adp.com, or 1-800-695-7526.

Pay

PPfi LLC pays unlimited overtime to caregivers making $26 per hour and $39 per overtime hour (no limits for time+1/2=$39 per hour).

Mileage payment is passed through directly to caregivers. We calculate the mileage and payment is made directly on your paycheck, twice per month.

Each provider receives 24 hours of paid training per year.

Each provider receives 40 hours of paid sick time per year.

ADP Payroll Services is the system we use to manage payroll, making sure you get paid accurately and on time. Through ADP, you’ll have access to a self-service portal where you can view your pay stubs, track your hours, manage tax withholdings, and even access benefits information. It also supports direct deposit, so your paycheck can be sent directly to your bank or a pay card. ADP ensures that all taxes are handled correctly, so you don’t have to worry about anything being missed. Plus, it’s reliable and secure, giving you peace of mind about your payments and personal data.

Mobile and Desktop Application

Simple and convenient clock in/out with EVV compliance and ADLs/care notes.

Our mobile app simplifies all aspects of clock-in, clock-out, EVV compliance, mileage tracking, and care note reporting. Any errors can be easily corrected, and our team efficiently gathers your work hours and mileage to ensure accurate payroll, with payments made twice a month. Say goodbye to delayed checks, missing overtime, or untracked mileage. Web based tools are also available through desktop browser application.

You can set and adjust schedules as needed, with clock-in and clock-out times recorded instantly. Even if you lose internet access, the mobile app securely stores data offline and syncs it once you’re back online.

Care notes are recorded to maintain full compliance with industry regulations, ensuring ongoing adherence to even the most complex requirements. We prioritize accuracy, compliance, and integrity, supporting timely pay and funding while meeting regulatory demands.
